Double aspect room with own west facing terrace. Oak four poster king sized bed. Has private bathroom with shower bath. This bathroom can also be accessed from the main lounge if required.
Red Room
Large room with super king sized bed that can be split into 2 singles. separate double sofa bed. En-suite bathroom.
Blue Room
King sized bed with an aspect over the walled garden adjacent to the rear landing bathroom
Rear landing Bathroom
Snug Room
Queen sized double bed adjacent to rear landing Bathroom. Can communicate with Yellow Room if required.
Rear Landing
Has library, sofa, reading lamp and TV station with freesat.
Yellow Room
King sized room with view over front lawn, can communicate with snug room or the Garden room Suite. Adjacent to front landing Bathroom.

Indigo Room
King sized bed with a view over the walled garden. Adjacent to the Front landing Bathroom.
Attic Landing
Reached by stairs from the front landing this area has a separate freeview TV station and a collection of historic videos! The attic rooms prove very popular with children and both rooms have pull out mattresses for an extra child in each room. There are 2 other mattresses in the house that can also be utilised here or other rooms as suit the family’s needs.

OUTSIDE ROOMS
These rooms are accessed beyond the games area outside the boot-room. Approx. 30ft. From the house. Cars can be brought right to their front doors and are very suitable for less mobile guests, those with pets or those seeking a quieter part of the property.
Studio Room
King Sized Bed which can be split into two singles. Bath/shower ensuite.
Pool Room
King Sized bed which can be split into two singles. BATH/Shower ensuite. This room has direct access via its own staircase to the pool, Sauna and gym complex.
